E-SHIFT
The E-SHIFT project is an innovative initiative designed to retrain and upskill adult learners, particularly in-transition or displaced workers from the manufacturing and assembly line sectors, by equipping them with competencies in digital entrepreneurship and e-commerce. The project responds to the challenges of automation, job displacement, and the growing demand for digital skills by offering adaptive microlearning pathways that are flexible, inclusive, and aligned with labour market needs.
