Syncnify was born in the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic, during a time of profound isolation and uncertainty. Conceived by two visionary Greeks whose time living in France inspired a deep appreciation for French culture and a strong commitment to European values, the company’s name captures their mission perfectly: a blend of “synchronization” and “amplify,” reflecting their desire to transform disconnection into an opportunity to create meaningful impact in a rapidly changing world. By bringing people and ideas together and amplifying their potential, we have built Syncnify as a social innovation agency where collaboration, innovation, and social progress inspire transformative change and uplift communities.

Apostolos Altiparmakis
Apostolos holds a MSc in International Security, SciencesPo Paris, a BA in Political Science, University of Athens and a LLB, University of London. He has worked in the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hellenic Parliament, and he has over three years of experience, working in consulting firms, NGOs, Universities and think tanks as a researcher and project manager for European Research, Development and Territorial Cooperation projects. He has managed and implemented projects on digital transformation funded under the Erasmus+ project and has organized several related trainings.

Dimitris Pavlidis
Dimitris holds a MSc in Business Management, University of Edinburgh Business School, a BA in Political Science, University of Athens and a Diploma in International Business, DEREE- The American College of Greece. During his professional journey, he demonstrated a strong interest towards technological change and the role of public policy as well as the way high tech solutions can drive business optimization. In the past, he has worked as a business analyst for major IT companies where he has gained a significant exposure in stakeholder management, customer- facing interaction, and and functional requirements prioritisation.
