INNOVATE
Innovate aims to help European Vocational Enterprises (EVEs) keep on the development track by informing them and re-skilling their management capacities through the adoption of the new management paradigm that is innovation. This is very critical because a company’s ability to innovate is as a key factor for sustained economic growth and viability. Also, with the new standard, companies can tackle changing conditions of its organisational structure and context, pursue new opportunities, and increase the knowledge, skills and creativity of its human resources, and in partnership with external actors. With this project, EVEs will be capacitated to shift to innovation, adopting novel processes.
