Sustainability & Green Transition

Syncnify supports organisations that want to move from environmental ambition to practical transition planning. We work with public authorities, regional bodies, education providers, civil society organisations and European partnerships to design strategies, studies, training activities, and stakeholder processes that help communities respond to climate, energy, food system and territorial challenges.

Our work in sustainability is closely connected to the realities of territories and institutions. We help clients understand where change is needed, who needs to be involved and which policy, educational and organisational steps can make the transition more inclusive and realistic. This can include work on climate adaptation, disaster risk governance, renewable energy, green heating and cooling, circular economy, sustainable raw materials, responsible value chains, ESG principles, agroecology, food system transformation, biodiversity and just transition.

A strong part of this service is our ability to connect environmental policy with social impact. The green transition is not only about reducing emissions or improving technical systems; it also concerns jobs, skills, local economies, public trust, gender equality, community participation and access to knowledge. Syncnify helps clients design approaches that bring these dimensions together, whether through policy studies, territorial analysis, capacity-building programmes, stakeholder engagement, educational materials, or strategic recommendations.
