A strong part of this service is helping clients work with European competence and policy frameworks. These frameworks define the skills, knowledge, behaviours and capacities that people and institutions need in a changing Europe. Syncnify helps clients adapt them to their own context and use them for curricula, training programmes, policy recommendations, capacity-building plans and institutional strategies. Relevant EU frameworks include DigComp, DigCompEdu, EntreComp, GreenComp, and LifeComp, together with wider references such as the Key Competences for Lifelong Learning, the European Skills Agenda, the Digital Education Action Plan and the European Green Deal.
