

DiverseVET
The DiverseVET - Driving Inclusion and Innovation in Vocational Excellence for SMEs project aims to create Centres of Vocational Excellence for Diversity. Its focus is to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into vocational education and training, while supporting SMEs, especially in the green, digital and energy-related sectors.
The project develops DEI-focused training pathways, including a DEI foundation course, inclusive HR management training, and a pathway for diversity auditors. It also supports underrepresented learners, including women in technical fields, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, migrants, refugees, ethnic minorities, NEETs and older workers.
